For 20 years, Stefan has been running a company that serves agricultural equipment and travels around the world to give training to other local entrepreneurs. Stefan was NK Bokföring’s first customer that switched to digital bookkeeping.
– I would never switch back to paper bookkeeping. I used to have a simple invoicing program and a notebook in the car, but it was not enough to remember everything and to keep track of the ledger. It was both complicated and time consuming, Stefan remembers.

Since 2016, Niclas Örn is running Örn Österbottens Takservice Ab, which performs different forms of roof and facade work for individuals, real estate companies, authorities, organizations, and companies. The company employs 5–10 persons, depending on the season.

Together with his brother, André is running a company that offers everything from earthworks to road maintenance in form of snow and brush clearing, and other types of contracting projects. Traditional paper bookkeeping was challenging because of the very fact that they are two partners.
– We have used NK Bokföring ever since we started in 2016 and we received an early offer to switch to digital bookkeeping. We were unsure and chose to postpone the matter for several months before we dared to take the step, André remembers.
With hindsight he can say that they were worried for nothing.
– The transition was very smooth because NK Bokföring took care of all the practicalities.
